All services include a 10 to 15 minute post whitening treatment called BluMinerals. This sealant protects your whitening by sealing and closing the pores of your teeth. This helps prevent stains from absorbing immediately, locks in the brightness, reduces or eliminates sensitivity, and also takes away the 36 hour food and beverage restriction that would otherwise apply if a sealant wasn't used.

Brush and floss before coming in and try to avoid heavily staining foods or drinks right beforehand. Arriving with clean teeth helps the whitening work more effectively!

For 24 hours, avoid letting stainers sit on your teeth. If you have them, brush or rinse your mouth with water and wipe them off. A good habit to incorporate every day!

Everyone is different. I can better assess when I see you, however the ranges of shading potential are listed at the bottom of the service you select.

The length of time is dependent on several variables: the density of enamel, the type of foods and beverages consumed, and overall dental health and genetics. Those who maintain their smile come in every 6 to 8 months, however I see most clients once a year for maintenance.
